"WORST location because of the lady in the fitting rooms August 25, 2023! I went with my friend to try on clothes and the lady was SO rude! :( first I tried counting the items and organizing them since I had a pile of clothes in my hands and she said “I can count.”… she seemed like she was having a bad day because I then threw my Dutch bros in the trash before I went into the dressing rooms and my friend still had hers but the lady rudely said she could not take that in there, it’s really not about not being able to take the drink it’s about her approach and the attitude she had towards her that really got my attention .. anyways my friend drank her drink quickly so she could dispose of it and then of course the lady still had an issue with my friend and told her there was no trash she needed to go find one! So after that my friend and I proceeded to go to the dressing room to change we tried going in the same room as we did in all the other stores together and she told us we were not allowed to do that, AGIAIN it was not the rules that bothered me, but the way she talked to us! We were already in our own SEPARATE rooms and I was changing when the manager I believe was called to the dressing rooms and started telling us the same thing when we were already abiding the lady in charge of the dressing rooms rules… so I left with out purchasing a single item :( I was disappointed in the customer service and the way my best friend and I were treated and I hope that they can replace the lady in the dressing room that worked on this date around noon because I was wanting to make some purchases, but now I don’t feel comfortable what do ever to ever go to this location! OH!! And then the lady also followed us out harassing us with the empty Dutch bros cup telling us to throw it away in another trash can not at forever 21 SMH"

"Cute clothes for young people I took my daughter there. Didn't care for everything was crop tops. They really need to clean and redo the wallpaper it is peeling off,! in the dressing room and around the store even my daughter commented. the dressing rooms are dirty. Walls need to be washed and painted."
