Jack in the Box 8236 West Deer Valley Road, Peoria, AZ 85382

"Last week everywhere my children and I visited we had the absolute worst service. Ex. My son dropped a ROUND Apple juice at Bosas donuts and the lady just kept glaring at us and didn’t offer a towel just a very angry face so we didn’t even bother eating there but when we came through this line at this Jack in the Box, the lady on the other end was so kind and helped my 7 yr old place the order as he likes to do and was patient with his childlike pronunciations. When we got up there he wanted to pay and ask for extra sauce and the lady whom later I found out was Yolanda, was so good to him and treated him like he was the customer not just another kid. He, at 7 years old, unprovoked said to her, “great service”. Not sure I was more proud that he recognized or more thankful he was treated so respectfully by an employee who clearly goes above and beyond. Her kind gesture was huge in my world and gave us hope that there are still employees that care and take pride in their jobs these days. So thank you Yolanda. We look forward to seeing you again soon!"

"The boba in my drink was hard and chewy- tasted like it wasn't cooked long enough. Other than that, decent for late night snacks."

"It was late and a little busy, but the girl at the drive-thru window was very rude. She acted like you were bothering her with being there. Again, it could've been just a busy night, but customer service is still a reflection on the company. If she doesn't like her job, don't put her where the customers have to see her dissatisfaction or don't work here. The food was okay for as long as I waited for it you would think it would've been hot but the fries were cold and the sourdough jack was cold the only thing that was fresh was the egg rolls."

"I eat at this location most of the time when I eat at Jack in the Box. I have gone there roughly 7 times in the last two weeks. Every time I have gone the staff tells me that the shake machine is down or being cleaned of something. And now the excuse is the computers are down. It could be 2 am or 4 am, it's become the same story. But I went there on Sat 11/25/23 around 3:45 am and the girl said the computers were down AGAIN. But the problem is that she was extremely rude when explaining that she could not service a customer once again. I own a business and I would never employ someone like her. I guess myself and the 5 or so other people that are with me around that time, will be going somewhere else now."
