"Waitress was very personable. She made some great suggestions and continued to check up on me throughout my meal. I even overheard another waitress nearby also make suggestions for her customers. The food was served quickly and correctly."

"Seated quickly, but our server appeared to have his family in for lunch. He never helped us, Michelle saw that and served us, but she had her own area. Never got a refill of tea, never checked back with us until after we had been finished with our meal. Enough time for me to type out this review. The table next to us never got cleaned, because the server was sitting with his family. It was not very busy, first time at this IHOP, normally go the one on Peoria and 67th Ave, where I've never had poor service. I don't expect I will return to this IHOP."

"If there was only a way for me to leave 0 stars or negative stars I would. Took my daughter and boyfriend here after months of not going because we found a hair in our sandwich. We wanted to have a simple, good night out and decided to try IHOP again. The place was clean and didn’t smell like chemicals or sewage, so we were off to a good start. The server was slow and forgetful but, she was also the only one working and there were a couple tables full of people. It took about 30-45 minutes for our order to be taken. We ordered 3 waters, one Diet Pepsi and a blueberry lemonade. For food we ordered: 1 breakfast sampler, 1 roast Turkey dinner and 1 pot roast dinner all with a side of pancakes. This is where the issues began. We didn’t get our food or drinks for quite a while. The server had dropped off the food and we asked her for the drinks again at that time. She apologized, said she’d forgotten and brought them about 5 minutes later. The food looked atrocious. The portions were like a school lunch portion and it wasn’t even hot. It looked like cat food, and was just overall horrible. The boyfriend’s breakfast looked decent even though that wasn’t hot either. $60….$60 for the terrible experience. But hey, at least the pancakes were ok."

"Stopped here for lunch and overall it was pretty good. We enjoyed some French toast as well as the cinnamon bun pancakes. I was pretty impressed with the size of the French toast. It was really thick. You got a good helping of pancakes as well. Service was good and I like how they leave you a pot of coffee at the table. Overall it was pretty good and a great option for breakfast or dinner."

"A great breakfast place usually, I have heard. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the greatest. Myself and my two kids are celiac, and each of us ordered from the Gluten Free menu. Both of my kids got their meals, however, I only received half of my breakfast. I had ordered the full GF Belgian waffle meal. The server came back to the table three times as the meal progressed assuring me that my waffle would be out in 30 seconds. We were at our table eating for well over 30 minutes, with the manager coming by twice to explain that the waffle machine plates broke and that my waffle would be ready in minutes. After 40 minutes, everyone was done their meals and waiting for my waffle. When I spoke with the manager she assured me (third time for her, 6th time for staff) that it would be coming out soon. Sorry, but 40 minutes is too long to wait for half or a meal. To their credit, they offered to “make it right” by discounting my meal, because “I didn’t get half of it.” I’ll never know what really happened, but I won’t be going back to this location. The wait staff did seemed very chaotic and overwhelmed. The half of my breakfast I did eat was a great tasting American home style breakfast. Need a Gluten free menu? You may or may not get some or all of it. That was my experience."
