"Mozzarella sticks were inedible, the cheese appears petrified and very old. Forget a cheese pull, the Mozzarella stick will crack your tooth. Disgusting, who would serve this and be okay with giving that to a paying customer."

"Came to bring my kids to have dinner around 8pm. Orderd my food and my 5 year old daughter had to use the restroom. I asked one of the staff members for the pin to the restroom at 8pm, mind you they don't close till 11pm. And apparently she couldn't use the restroom because they had cleaned it early. I spoke to the manager and told me the same thing. 3 hrs till close time and my daughter couldn't use the restroom!! Like really?!?!"

"Really no complaints, it's a burger King so you should know what to expect. Food has always been accurate even when making adjustments and hot. Typically loand polite employees. But for what it is this seems to be one of the better ran fast food places in the area."

"Horrible experience! I eat fast food every single day because of work. Never have I seen this. I ordered a meal and requested my sandwich "plain" only cheese. Simple. And I get my fish sandwich with pickles on it. I was respectful to the manager and asked to get a new sandwich, that I don't like pickles and I ordered a plain sandwich, which she said she would have it remade. She then spoke in Spanish to the cook, "take the pickles off". The employee then pulled the pickles off, and wrapped the sandwich in a new wrapper, and proceeded to hand me the sandwich. Then the manager got sassy and rude towards me when asking for a refund. This is fast food 101 guys! Not hard. We pay overpriced money for a meal because it comes with SERVICE. If you mess something up, you REMAKE it. My appetite is suppressed now. Thanks."
