"Our drinks were delicious but the service from the girl taking our order was lacking. My friends driving me were Dutch Brothers employees and she didn’t notice me in the back seat. The way she spoke to my friends was frankly not acceptable. She came up with a bad attitude and before we could even say hi she asked if we wanted someone else to take our order. My friend said we were okay with her taking our order. She was very short with all of us and didn’t try to talk to us or give us the service that I’m used to at Dutch. She was short, blonde, and had her hair up in a messy bun. I don’t fully remember her name but it was something like Tony or Tati."

"The staff is always kind, courteous, patient and appear happy to be at work. The only thing I would change is how loud the music is that's at ALL Dutch Bros locations. So much better than the unpleasant staff at Starbucks."
