"I actually generally like McD’s but this location doesn’t understand the mobile order. They were out of what I ordered and told me they couldn’t refund my money. The app doesn’t allow refunds. This is a quote from the McDonalds website: “If you experienced an issue with Mobile Order & Pay (excluding delivery) or are requesting a refund, please return to or contact the restaurant at which you made your purchase.” Seems pretty clear to me"

"Breakfast time the people are on their game never had a problem. But man after 7:00 p.m. don't bother coming because you'll miss something out of your bag the order will be wrong and they'll look at you and say that it's your fault cuz you didn't order the way you ordered these kids need to be trained they need adult supervision constantly"

"My family went through the drive-through. I got a happy meal and a nugget meal and ordered an extra toy. We paid. Went to the second window. They gave us our order and I checked the bag and the happy meal box and there was only one toy. I asked my husband to ask for the second toy. The girl in the window walked away. Came back with a toy and asked me to check the bag. I said I just did. She told me I didn't need to be rude to her and threw the toy through the window, into my car, and hit me in the head with it. She wasn't wearing a name tag, and when we asked for a manager, he wouldn't give us her name. I've called and emailed McDonald's about his, and I haven't received any response back."

"This is one of the Very Best McDonald's I have seen in a very long time. The Restaurant is very clean all the Woman in here had their hair up and neat not one employee hair was down. The food came out fast and hot one of the managers brought the food out to me. She forgot the fork but was already bringing it back fast but I met her at the register because I needed jelly. At this McDonald's I will go out of my way just to eat here because it's the best in the Valley. Plus it's the first one I have seen in a circle k and that store was also very clean it was nice to see two businesses work so well together Great experience."
