Firehouse Subs Parkway Village

"I ordered a new york steamer over the phone Because I was heading to work. I get down there and they tell me they don't have the meat to make the sandwich. I asked, how long would it be? He said 10 or 15 minutes. Needless to say, I didn't eat lunch that day. If I order on the phone and you have my phone number? And you get an order that you know you don't have the meat to make that sandwich. You probably should call me back and let me know. Maybe I will order something else. Horrible customer service."

"Very nice place with nice people! Only ordered 2 subs and 2 cookies but the wait was long though- seemed pretty long for what we ordered. Other than that, everything was good! The subs are amazing. I loved the decorations and the feel of the place. Overall, pretty place and good subs but seemed a little too long of a wait time."
