"Almost drank a tiny piece of plastic that came out of my coffee. thought it was hair at first almost screamed. The staff is usually very friendly, but this was a bit scary, accidents happen but I can’t see why there would be plastic in the coffee? donuts always face down in the bags too, which I can deal with. But the plastic?? Choking hazard :("
"Ordered Maple Long Johns. Picked up through the drive-thru in a long box. Only to open up and find two donuts. Two very different sized donuts. Not impressed."
"Went to get 2 donuts to take pictures of my daughter for her Birthday and requested a box so they would stay nice. I was so surprised and happy to see this adorable box. It definitely made celebrating her Birthday even sweeter. Thank you to the staff at our favorite Dunkin for helping us start our Celebration!"

"Placed a mobile order for pick up. First off, the cashier was pretty rude. He pointed me down to the pickup spot. When I told him my order had a dozen donuts, he reached over the counter and ripped the receipt off of my drink to check it. He then just started tossing whatever donuts he decided in the box. Worst part of it all is when I got home and realized my sandwich was charred around the edges and on top. Check my picture to see it. I only asked for it toasted, not burned. I'd rather go to another location, if I even decide to go to Dunkin again."
