Panera Bread

"I almost didn’t come because the reviews were so bad. But as I drove by there was a long line of drive through customers and that they must be okay if they have a line. I’m glad I tried it I was looking for a good sandwich. I got the turkey blt sandwich and cup of broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwich had big fresh tomatoes slices, big leaf lettuce it look like chopped turkey instead of deli meat bacon was crispy. I requested my sandwich to be toasted. It was perfect bread was squishy and fresh. Both were great and filling l. Drive-through was also fast"

"I haven't been this disappointed in a restaurant since 2020. There is no way on this Earth that someone put this so called "sandwich" together without malicious intent. This location in particular has disappointed me twice. There won't be a third. I appreciated that the manager Brandon tried to make it right. He gave my son 3 free cookies. He also gave me a full refund and offered to remake the food. Since I can only assume that the same lack luster employee would be making the sandwich again, I opted out. But the lack of training and overall care from the employees is the real problem here."

"I feel disrespected To know that someone made this sandwich, gave them self an atta boy nod, wrapped it up and served me with a smile. I should have taken the time to look up this location before even driving over there. The establishment only has 2 stars and something tells me that the 2 stars for this venue is earned There’s absolutely no way someone put this together and thought to themselves this was a sandwich Never again I tell you Panera bread is dead to me"

"I don’t know why the ratings for this location is so low, as far as our experience, it’s not bad. There are plenty of parking around. The staff there were nice and helpful. We did a pickup order and they put an extra cookie as treat for pickup order customers (even though the cookie was too sweet for us). At least it showed that the staff were trying to make customers happy."
