"I came here myself to schedule an appointment for new tires. The guy at the desk asked for the make, model of the car and told me my appointment was all set and to come in on Tuesday at 6 pm. He then hurried off into the back and seemed to be in a big rush. I didn't get a chance to request the type of tires I wanted or ask any questions. He didn't ask for any of my contact info or to see my membership card. I found that a bit odd, so the next day I came back with my boyfriend. There was a different man at the desk. We asked to confirm I had an appointment on Tuesday, he checked the system and there was nothing scheduled for me. I provided all my info again, and made sure we had an appointment set up and my tires ordered. Not sure if the first worker thought I wouldn't know better because I was a woman, but I sure am glad I came back with my boyfriend to confirm my appointment!"
