"When I ordered my Air-Ride kit for my bug it said they were in stock. The website took me to a FedEx website for shipping that I paid an extra $250 for faster shipping. Then was told after I asked for a tracking number that 2 day shipping wasn't an option. Then I was informed that the $250 I paid was to have my order dropped at my house, but it would take 10-12 weeks. So finally after contacting the owner after 14 weeks my order was ready in a matter of a day and was being shipped, to a holding facility an hour away from my house. I was told I would have to pay another $200 to get it dropped at my house. I read the paperwork saying I only had 10 days to make any claims for missing parts. So I took a photo of one of the top bag mount brackets that was an inch away from the shock tower when it was fit to the opposing sides mounting spot. I was told the reason there was such a gap was because I wasn't at that point in the build. Of course I'm not, I don't do this for a living but I don't want to get screwed because it took longer that 10 days for me to figure out I was missing something. The parts themselves are solid for the most part. That being said, I don't know if it's the website or the company overall but something needs work. But for $5,000 I would go with a different company if I were to do it again."
