"I went in there looking for a high ply rating tires for my trailer . They didn’t have in stock what I needed at the time . They recommended me the one level below with a warranty . At the time I made myself clear MULTIPLE times that I’m in construction industry and often catch nails on tires . He assured me I can go in as many times needed and that was the point of the warranty. Turns out that was not accurate. I went in with MULTIPLE nails on all tires (as I mentioned before buying them , it would happen) , manager assisting me instantly stated it looked intentional as if I was trying to get new tires using warranty. (All I wanted them was patched) Even after I brought up the fact that I wouldn’t do that and don’t see how what would work his response was “you would be surprised”. After not being able to repair due to all the nails in them , they did replace the tires but denied future warranties due to the fact “it just doesn’t make sense because of your usage “ I made a comment and advised manager to let his sales man know on how to position warranty to not mis informed customers , he said I should check on the website as a break down of warranty it’s on there , like if that’s something a customer has to do before buying instead of sales man properly explaining how it works. My overall experience was horrible , from being recommended a certain tire that did not work for to the warranty not covering as promised , and to the managers responses . It could’ve been a smooth interaction with an apology for the miscommunication and POSSIBLY even find me a tire for me to PIRCHASE that could hold up better for my needs but instead decided to point finger at me and after multiple comments like “I have been doing this for 16 years and this doesn’t happen to tires” I decided to just stayed quiet and finished transaction. I own 10+ vehicles and will now take my business elsewhere, not because of the warranty itself , but due to being misguided and the managers way of handling a situation."

I personally had conversations with Aaron and Brett on the times I've visited this location. My own little suggestion: BUY THE CERTIFICATES FOR YOUR TIRES. It's worth every penny and they'll replace your tire for free if you damage it."

"They were polite, service was fast in replacing my tires, and the price was reasonable. My appointment was 8:45 am and I was out of the shop by 9:20 am. I appreciate that they value my time. I like their online tracking system that tells me the status of the work. I highly recommend this shop. It’s the second time I’ve been there and their service and quality has been consistently excellent! Keep up the good work!!"
