"I brought my new (to me) Tacoma in with a brand new set of method wheels on a Saturday morning. Before the store opened I was greeted and my name was taken down. Troy came out to the truck and looked at my lift and wheels with me and let me know my research had payed off. I hadn’t yet decided exactly which tires to buy. He took his time figuring out my desired outcome, as well as my price point. Once we were decided on a set, we found that three of the tires were not in stock at his store. Troy had the tires delivered to his location within 20 minutes. I can’t believe how fast it was! Once my truck was pulled into the bay, a young man named Thomas touched base with me to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, right down to the white letters facing out. He brought me into the bay to inspect for rubbing and make sure that I was happy. Before I knew it everything was finished up and a nice man named Nick loaded up my stock wheels and tires into the bed of the truck for me. I couldn’t be happier with the service at this discount tire. From beginning to end they made sure that I was well taken care of. Discount has my business for life. Do yourself a favor, and go see Troy, Thomas, and Nick. They’ll get you fixed up right!"

"I just gotta say, Customer care was top notch. There was a misunderstanding or disconnect with what I needed done with the tires I brought in, but once I explained to Yvette what happened and what the issue was, she immediately went and resolved the issue and made it a point to make it right. She even got approval for a full refund from the excellent Store Manager and made sure I accepted the refund, even though I never asked for it. Yvette did a great job and I sincerely thank her and recommend anyone visiting this store to make sure to speak to her if you need top notch customer service! I am sure she won't be there for long though, as she will more than likely become a store manager herself after experiencing her customer care. Great Discount Store and excellent customer care! "Buy all my tires from Discount. Great prices, great service. Always super quick. Plus there's shopping nearby if you want to wait. I've had numerous flat repairs and they're always free if you bought your tires there and you don't need certs for it either. Only one time they couldn't repair it and I had to buy a new tire but they prorated the damaged tire and gave me a great deal on a new tire so it wasn't even that expensive at all. Got the certs another time just because I thought why not and ended up getting a nail they couldn't repair and they gave me a brand new tire which was worth more than the certs. Normally I just pass but they aren't pushy about it. Your call on that one. Free balance and rotations for the life of the tires too. Overall everyone who works there is super friendly and they are just trying to take care of you and keep you safe. They'll try and push new tires once you get down to about 3/32 tread but again they're just trying to keep you safe on the road. You're free to decline but a good tire can go along way. No sense pushing it further than it's worth. Besides your car always looks sweet with new tires. Totally recommend discount tire for the win."
