Original: Brought in my car for a tire change, long story short the workers crashed it while trying to dock it in, leaving obvious damage to the front and leaving me with over 1k dollars in repairs. Over a month later and I haven't gotten any resolution via their claims process."

"I had a nail in my tire and needed it to be fixed. I made an appointment and they said that it would be done within an hour. I could see they were real busy, they got it done in an hour and a half. I knew I would have to wait and I was prepared, so it really didn't bother me. Sometimes when I go in with a flat tire for repair, they come up with some excuse why the tire can't be fixed. But I had bought the certificates on this tire and I knew they would replace it if it couldn't be fixed. This time it was fine to fix it. It was pretty good service and they are always very friendly."
