Discount Tire

"Customer service is excellent at this location. That said the service bay personnel made several mistakes on my tire repairs. First, the wheel center cap was missing when I got home. I called the store and they forgot to put it back on. I had to drive over and pick it up. Second, One of the tires was four pounds lower than the rest. This tire had a nail in it and the correct pressure was never set. Finally, I decided to check the torque on the lug nuts. There were three that were under torqued. While I really enjoy Service Advisors (those behind the desk) the service bay personnel consistently make silly mistakes. I have had to take my vehicles back several times over the past five years to get these mistakes corrected."

"I purchase and have my tires serviced regularly through Discount/Americas tires. I tow and travel all over the western US and this location is the first one where I do not feel confident in the work done. I only had a rotation done and question that the proper inflation was done. I’ll be going to another Discount location to have my tires double checked."

"I had new rims and tires installed on the vehicle. Car was in and out in 1hr 15minutes. I went across the street to the Harkins theater to watch a movie while waiting. Easy to work with I prefer Discount Tire to other Tire and wheel shops."

"I needed to get some Goodyear Endurance tires for my travel trailer and this place had the best price. They get really busy so if you want to keep the wait to around an hour or less you need to get there really early."

"Never do business with them, spoke to someone on a Saturday and explained I needed to put a temp plug in a tire to make it to them and they said it wouldn't be a problem. Dropped it off on Monday and picked it up later that day. Everything seemed fine till a few days later when I noticed they never replaced my temp plug..they literally did nothing. I called and they said they couldn't repair a plugged tire after the just told me they could.. even worse they let me drive off thinking my tire was fixed.. un real Go anywhere else"
