"If you've never eaten Pizza with Honey Barbeque Sauce instead of Regular Marinara Sauce, you're missing out!"

"We ordered a pizza (sausage, pepperoni, black olives) and pepperoni cheese sticks. Our food sat in their vehicle for an hour (we were a 5 minute drive from the store). Everything was cold and to top it off, our pizza was not made correctly. It had no meat. We tried to call the store, sat on hold for 30 minutes, and no one ever answered. The problem with the app is that the store doesn’t change how they make things and the employees don’t care that things aren’t right."

"If I could come up with a word lower than useless, I’d type it here! I contacted corporate after not being able to place an order here for the past 3 weeks at least. The online ordering always has an error, and they are too lazy to answer the phone. I hang up after minutes of listening to their annoying recording. This location has always been terrible at consistent good service. I made the mistake of thinking that I would try them again. Fire the current manager and get someone in this location to fix it or close it down. You are a waste of time and space."

"My first and last time ordering here. My son asked for this cause he had it at school. I ordered online one of the 7.99 pizzas. When I got there they said no one could come in, so I gave her name for my order. When the lady came back to the window, she said my total was total was 10.83. I replied back, "10.83? I thought it was less than that? Whatever, I just want to pay cause it's cold out here" she said "Oh, you're right it's 8.34." The fact that you were gone charge me more than what it cost and not say anything if I never questioned the amount. Then I asked for parm cheese, she said they don't have that. Over all, this was my first and last time there. I.ma stick to the place that treats me right, Papa John's!"

"Store accepts PAYMENT and orders online for delivery knowing they don't have a delivery driver. They did not contact me and when I asked my fiance to pick up the pizza they told him I was rude. Guess it's not rude to accept payment and not to contact people about PAID Merchandise which included a DELIVERY FEE. It's FRAUDULANT to accept payment if you have NO way of delivering them. And to add insult to injury I was apparently blocked from ordering. How dare do I ask for my PAID food. Totally unreasonable. I will contact corporate tomorrow. Check out all the one Stars. Thus Franchise needs to be SHUT DOWN."
