"I didn’t explore the whole area but I thoroughly enjoyed the steps into the water! The concrete was a bit rough (at least for my dainty feet) so I’d suggest water shoes. The water was really cold so it was very effective for cooling off… maybe a bit too much. Lots of people hanging out and just enjoying life and it didn’t feel too crowded to me!"
"Lovely area in the winter when quiet. The beach is great, but this area is always a terrible place to park. The parking lot is expensive and the self pay station often doesn't work correctly (I got charged multiple times by their website). In the summer it is just too over crowded and too much junky traffic, like boats with music blaring, jet skis, overly drunk people, etc."
