"Hotel is good. Night staff is great, Manager during the day AWFUL!!! Argues with you, doesn't let you get a word in. Older gentleman that's been in the business for a while. Naturally set in his ways and it's his way or no way at all. Trying to set up a Roku stick on a particular room and couldn't do it so the night staff helped. Had a problem the next morning and said I'm not allowed to have this. It's funny because just last week I stayed here and was allowed. I don't think it's not allowed I just think he didn't want to admit he didn't know lol. I also had a problem checking out last time I stayed here. He checked me out wrong and didn't receive my hold back which I always get in an instant. If the owners are listening.... PLEASE TELL HIM TO LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS AND STOP GETTING FRUSTRATED WHEN YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND SOMETHING! It's going to make people not want to stay here."

"Our King room was large with space to have others in the room for card games. The service was great. I left jewelry in the room and I love out of town Hunter found it and mailed it to me and I am so grateful! This was our third stay and we just love how close it is to downtown. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. We’ll definitely be staying again."

Not the cleanest place- corners and edges are dingy ( floors, tub, around sink fixtures etc) had to clean a bit before we were comfortable"

"The room was very dated and dark. Skimpy on the amenities and the breakfast was pathetic. Hardly any options. OJ didnt work and the coffee was weak. I had a much better breakfast the night before at a no-name motel in MT."

"Our room was small. The TV was tiny. There was an empty can under the bed. The room didn't feel clean. Lots of dust and residue in corners and between furniture. Went to the pool the first night. Huge hairballs floating around. So gross. Lots of debris in the pool. Hot tub looked green. When you ran the bubbles there was so much foam. 2 days later it looked like maybe they vacuumed the pool. There are no towels in the pool area so you either need to bring yours from your room or go ask for some at the front counter. We ate breakfast 2 out of 3 days. They had waffles, cereal, toast, eggs, sausage, apples and bananas. Apple and orange juice and coffee in the hall. Plenty of food for breakfast. However, nobody pays attention to things running out but if you go to the front counter and tell them, they fill stuff. The milk sits in a large pitcher on the counter until it needs refilled so it's not kept cold. There isn't an elevator as far as I could tell but parking lot opens on the second floor for handicap access. Otherwise, you are left to drag your luggage and your kids luggage up or down a flight of stairs to get to your room. Do not hope to use a luggage cart. Overall our stay was ok. Definitely a 2 star hotel at a 4 star price."
