"Absolutely Terrible!!! I live in a brand new construction luxury apartment building. I am the first tenant in my unit and have only lived there for a handful of months. In this time my a/c has gone out over 4 times. They keep telling me it is fixed and every time days later the a/c unit just keeps running and running and not cooling at all. I have 0 faith that they will ever figure out the issue. And I am left to suffer in the mean time while paying my rent, electricity bill, and hotel rooms on the days it gets really hot.
