"I went in for 2 new tires and an oil change. Turns out I was misinformed by the dealership and I did not need 2 new tires, but just 2 tires repaired. The crew at Kansasland was very honest and told me I didn't need to pay for 2 new tires and that they could patch the tires I have and save me the money. The honesty and respect shown was impressive and I will be back when it is actually time for new tires!"

"I’ve been a customer here for over 20 years and today’s visit wasn’t up to the level it used to be. The fact that you no longer provide a printed summary sheet, even when I requested one while checking out is concerning. The service was quick, but felt less than complete. When I was given the keys to my vehicle which wasn’t in the front lot I had to request someone to go bring it to me. Little things keep customers coming back, it seems the little things keep going away at this location."
