"My parents got ripped off by this place. They said they put new vacuum hoses on their van as part of a $1000 repair involving the intake manifold, and now a year later when my dad took the van to a different shop for repairs, the vacuum hoses had never been replaced and it needs a new intake manifold. The new place said the part the vacuum hoses hook onto was busted and had been for a long time so there is no way it was serviced correctly by Affinity Auto. Take your business elsewhere."

"Took my Subaru WRX here for a clutch and throw-out bearing replacement a couple years ago. Did an oil change too. This was about two years ago. The car has been rarely driven, maybe some weekends. I currently have my engine out for modification, and noticed the throw-out bearing wasn't replaced. Had a ton of play and was worn out. Transmission brace wasn't reassembled properly. Rather than reassembling with the connecting brace attached between two bushings on the front of the assembly, it was simply loose and resting. Caused lots of noise I'm only now diagnosing. If you care about your sports cars, take them to a proper performance shop, not here."

"I have trust issues when it comes to mechanics! Especially in a city. My family tree have been racing for awhile and still on to continue. Due to that and having my own experience also I take very caution who to take my vehicle if I need something done. Let me tell you these guys are IT! They make you feel part of a family! Like they known you for such long time and I just met them the first time. These guys know what they are doing and not just that but have one of the best mechanic attitudes also! Thorough on what needs done and tell you what needs to be really done now. Take my word or not guys but these guys are it!
