"I've been happy with my tires, but when I needed one repaired, I was told they don't make appointments for that. I would have to just show up and wait for an opening in the schedule. Needless to say, my tire still leaks because I can't spare a whole day to mess with it."

"I had no problem getting my vehicle checked in. The employees seemed nice. I knew my blazer needs a lot of work (front end suspension). When I received a call back letting me know what was all wrong with it basically 22 hundred dollars of work he says. I asked what does he suggest that I get done first. I am not financially able to get everything done at once. Long story short. I guess if I don't have it all they can suggest anything because each time they will have to align it. So I will take my vehicle to someone that doesn't mind fixing my vehicle a little bit at a time. The place is clean. I did call first to see if I needed to make an appointment and I did not."

"It is always expensive when you take a car to an auto shop. I have been to a lot of shops and frequently feel like I am being taken advantage of. Tracy's is NOT one of those shops. They are open and honest with customers and have reasonable rates for the great work they do. I will only be using Tracy's for my auto repair needs from now on."

"I ended up with a flat tire just around the corner from this location. We took the tire off and took it to Tracy's. The gentleman who helped us told us they would get the tire fixed in about a half an hour, but took closer to 45 mins. Because we were first time customers, we were told that our service was free. The gentleman at the counter said, "The first one is on us!" Great experience with Tracy's. We would definitely use them again!"
