"Called Midas to get pricing options for a couple different maintenance needs for my vehicle. Employee I spoke with was very helpful in providing me with quotes for the services I was seeking, in addition to answering questions I had about each. Although I am sure they were busy with other customers at the time, I was treated politely and never rushed to get off the phone. I did not choose to go to Midas ultimately, but that was only due to finding a cheaper price at a different retailer. However, based upon my experience with just a simple phone call to get price quotes, I firmly believe that if I would have decided to go with the Midas touch for my maintenance needs I would have received the exact same professional and courteous service."

"AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! All the guys here are so nice! They do a really good job and have outstanding customer service! My car took a few hours and they had someone available to give me a ride, so they took me to my house (which was not far) and came and picked me up when my car was done. So thankful they were able to do that. I can't remember the guys name that drove me but he was very nice. Got inner and outer tie rods replace and an alignment and my car is driving great now! Will definitely be back! 100% recommend!"
