"Went yesterday 3/16 with my grandma to get fabric. My grandma asked a question to an employee, she rudely answered it. Walked over to look at fabric and was walking back to get it cut, asked a different employee where the bathroom was and she rudely answered. Bathroom was disgusting. The only employee that was nice was the cashier. I try not to make too many negative reviews, but the first 2 we ran into to ask questions I've seen them in there before and they werent very nice then either, just crazy how rude people can be."

"Product is fine... Final check-out is torture. Always a line and no one particularly interested in helping... Doesn't make a difference any day or time of the day. Keeps me from being a frequent shopper!"

"We always love going there, it's a very nice store! Too much, you get side tracked lol. Great floral area, and of course a variety of pretty fabrics. Of course I zeroed in on the art supplies, pics from there. Always interesting doodles in the pens section. Would go again!"

"Would have given 5 stars for the variety, quality, and most staff were so helpful and gracious. Unfortunately, one staff member was awful. Straight up rolled her eyes and heavily sighed when I asked where something was. She did lead the way to finding it but barely pointed it out and then walked away. Everything else was awesome!"

"The store itself is ok but your women's bathroom is awful! The women's bathroom doesn't look like it has been deep cleaned in a long time! There was dried poop smeared on two areas on the wall in one of the middle stalls. Also, all of your toilet paper holders are way too low! The toilet paper is about 5 inches below knee level and way too close to the toilet! Once you finally get ahold of the toilet paper and pull it down, your hands are nearly next to the floor. I could hardly get toilet paper out of the dang thing and every time I got any toilet paper, it would tear. Please fix the women's bathroom!"
