"we purchased some flooring for the kitchen- it scuffs very easily and is impossible to remove. They did not stand by their groutable laminate flooring. Home Depot nor the manufacturer has responded. Also purchased some carpet- we bought the best pad available and middle if the line carpet- worst carpet install ever- very rude men, yelling at me, and my husband for mismeasured carpet (done by them). Yelled at my 5yr old son for asking questions. Seams everywhere. Lowes is way better! Regretting ever stepping into this building. One good thing: Kitchen Counter install gentlemen did a good job."
