Reviews
"Bought a watch for my wife for our anniversary, the day before our anniversary I noticed the watch was not ticking. I was sold a watch with a dead battery. I had to go way out of my way to go back and get the battery replaced. I then gifted the watch to my wife only for her to find that the watch was all scratched up from when they replaced the battery. Extremely disappointed in the staff and service at this location. Would not recommend."
"Wonderful Store. Helpful Staff! This will be one of my new favorite places. I’m so glad they could help me customize my watch to my liking!"
"Beautiful store, and a very helpful team. I bought my first Fossil watch from this store and have now been back multiple times for gifts, new work bag, and of course a new watch. I have always had such a pleasant experience, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable."
"WoW! Ok, that's the short version of my review. Here's the longer version, for those of you who like to read. I found the store by accident. I had, for awhile, been planning on buying at least one Fossil watch, having heard of the brand decades ago, but never having bought one. I've mostly just bought Timex watches, and spent at most $60 per watch. I've been thinking of upgrading a bit. I haven't wandered in the mall in years, but needed to pick up an order at another store, so decided to walk around a bit and see what was there. I was very glad to spot a Fossil store, and went in. This was last night, 11/2/19. Very friendly staff, and for me, a very good selection of watches. Prices range from $99-219, Different styles and quite a variety. Not a huge amount of super-outdoorsy rugged ironman triathlon type watches there, that you can bash against a tree repeatedly while running cross country or climbing a mountain, but that's not what I was looking for. I took a long time to make up my mind, tried on a lot of watches, and spent at least an hour and a half in the store. I ended up buying three. Fossil has something called a collector's club. You give them your contact info, they send you an email, you show them the email on your phone, they type in the code, and you get 25% off the entire purchase, not just one watch. That's a BIG reason why I bought three. Last night, while trying on the watches at home, I didn't quite like the fit of one of them, so I brought it back in today. I asked if I could make an exchange, and get 25% off a different watch. I was told yes. Great! So I picked out one that was a little more expensive. I liked it better and it fit better. And I bought one more. So.. I purchased 4 Fossil watches in two days. I'm not generally a big spender, but like to have a number of watches, pairs of shoes, etc. I work retail, and I want to look nice. Service: I talked with three people there, including the head manager, and all were really nice and helpful. I also liked how the manager treated the employees. I thought that if I didn't already have a job, I'd like to work there. I only looked at men's watches, so I can't comment on the selection of women's watches, or the other items they sell there - hand bags and such. I did notice they are selling a computer watch - a google watch or something like that. I have a smartphone, and don't need a computer watch, so I didn't check that one out. I also noticed they have several work stations, and can do sizing on link-type watch bands, replace batteries, and do some engraving. They do not do general repairs on watches though, as far as I can tell. They might just replace batteries on Fossil watches. The store is very pleasant. Also, this was the only store I visited in the mall that had music playing that was actually quite good - not the usual current hip-hop stuff (I like a bit of old school hip hop from at least 20 years ago, but that's it) blasted at a high volume, which I cannot stand. Nope, at the Fossil store, good music, mellow alternative stuff from the past several decades, mostly, and played at a sensible volume. This is a store people of many ages will feel comfortable spending time in. You will not get a headache in this store. How wonderful! And there are styles of watches that will appeal to people of different ages too. I bought two classic-looking watches, a basic diver's style watch, and one that's kinda fun. Almost like a Swatch from the '80's. Remember those? Two have leather bands, and two have silicone bands. The silicone bands feel soft. Not as rubbery as I expected. I posted pictures of all four watches. So.. in summation.. awesome!!"
"I went into this store just to check it out since it's new, but I ended buying a watch. The store is beautiful and the employees who helped me were very nice and know the merchandise. The two girls who helped me showed me several watches and explained the differences between each. I ended up buying one of their smartwatches. The watch was easier to pair with my phone than other watches I've used. It works and looks great. I'll be buying from Fossil again very soon. You should check it out."
