"Took my dogs here for the first time, and will never be going back. I asked for both my dogs to be bathed and have their nails done, I also asked for a haircut/trim for my fluffier dog and to remove a couple of small matted spots. I got my dogs back and first off they were both still wet from the bath and not dried properly, my dog with longer hair still has several spots of matted fur, he did not receive a sanitary trim, the long spots of fur that I discussed cutting were not even touched. It looks like they just took the very tip of his very long nails off. Also both dogs have been itchy non-stop afterwards. It's obvious by the work that the person just doesnt care and rushed through it. If you care about your dog, do not take them here."
