"Very very very disappointed! We have been taking our dog, Bear, to Emerald Street Kennels. Twice he has come home with injury & nothing was said regarding them. The last time this happened was on November 10, 2020. There isn’t a number of dogs assigned per person who is watching & I think part of the issue is that there are too many dogs per sitter. Bear is a playful boy but never aggressive, we are worried that they let dogs play to the point of injury. This is not okay! When we called to inform Emerald Street Kennels of Bears injuries it didn’t seem to matter to the person I was speaking with!!! Will NOT be bringing our dog back. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!! Pictures of hair ripped out & gash in nose!!! Do better Emerald Street Kennels!!!!!"
