"Long waits at checkout, it didn't used to be like that. They didn't have several items I was looking for. Produce ok, bags of lettuce/kale at or near expiration. Employees are relatively friendly, but often lack product knowledge."
"Friendly and helpful employees and managers. As a personal shopper on a popular platform, I come to this store multiple times a day. This is one of my favorite Fred Meyers. Heber is my absolute favorite employee and I always go through his lane to check out if he is there. He always makes me laugh! I also have much respect for the management. They are professional yet still friendly, and very knowledgeable. My favorite manager is a lady named Victoria. She is always on the move but makes time for the customers if they need her, with no hesitation, and she always puts a smile on my face when I see her! **Changed my rating from 4 to 5 due to the excellent customer service that I have received time and time again!"

"It was 50° outside, maybe 70 in car, but that's extreem! And they blast customers on big speaker to go out to car for dogs. It's fall now and I love Takeing my dogs out with me. Managers need to step outside and see if it's really hot out. After this disrespect, only one Check out line open, and half self checkout was down. This store sucks!"
