"I've been standing at the electronics counter for 15 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. I've pressed the assistance button 5 times. I stopped one employee and she called over her walkie to have someone meet me in electronics. Still no one. I had to walk all the way up to customer service and told them I needed someone to open a case at electronics for me. Finally someone met me at electronics (after stopping to help someone else first). No wonder they had the only pink beats left in town...it's impossible to purchase them! So ridiculous."
"Do better Target... If I've purchased the items online and I'm in your store and can hand them to your order "picker" and still be told it's an hour wait... this is why amazon is always better. Saved me zero time to buy local and in fact, wasted a 30 min drive, and another 45 mins in your store. I completely get there is a process, but come on it's not 2002. The items have been paid for, are in the pickers cart, they can be walked upfront in 30 seconds while I'm here. Going back to amazon. Target has somehow made it LESS convenient to shop for items on hand."

"I’ve seen massive issues with this store in the one week I was in Boise, Fitting rooms were awful I heard so many of the employees talking so badly and nasty about other employees right in front of customers cussing and name calling involved. Tori in the fitting rooms needs an attitude check she was so mean and nasty, they way she would talk to employees was disgusting the language she would use with my 6 year old daughter present I just had to leave … it’s so sad knowing managers won’t do anything about this store going down hill highly recommend going to target on Eagle much cleaner, organized, friendly and overall a better experience."
