"Good work. The technician was very friendly and helpful. I will say because of my emergency, I had them replace the water heater. Sadly, I did contact the installation company of my water heater after talking to the builder of my home. Just after a quick phone call, Prime Plumbing said they could do it for about half the cost. In an emergency situation, I read the reviews of Express Plumbing, and with the good rating, I went with them. They do good work from what I can tell, but it is on the expensive side. But I do want to say they do have very friendly and knowledgeable workers."

We made our decision confidentiality knowing we could trust Todd's knowledge and capabilities. He had us up and running with a new system installed and going by the end of the week! "My brother had just purchased an older mobile home which had a leak by the water heater. We hired Express Plumbing and heating to come out and look at it which they replaced the water heater. After that we had no hot water in the kitchen so they come back out and looked at it. It was too young men and couldn't figure out really what to do and we were told that the lines probably all plugged up when they turned it on full blast and they can't get it to come clean. So they said they could line us up another plumber and probably might even have to replace the pipes. We called another plumber they fixed it in nothing flat and all they had to do is clean out the lines. So we had to pay another plumber. I thought Express Plumbing was supposed to be plumbers. Also we had a heat pump out back that was freezing over and they thawed it out and did a diagnostic on it , charged us $450 and then the next morning it was froze up again. They didn't know what it needed for sure they said. I thought that's what the diagnostic was for . So we had to hire another heating outfit to come out, they fixed it right away and it was less than what Express charged us and didn't even even fix the problem. I would not hire these guys again for anything because the help they have don't know what they're doing"
