Dan Farnsworht is somewhat of a very dishonest person who may try to convince you the moon is made of cheese when in fact we can see right through the guy after we staged a controlled failure on our reach-in freezer. Tried to tell my wife and I the compressor was bad. Then sent out another tech who tried to charge us nearly $600.00 for services he never performed. Needless to say, we played stupid and they took the hook, line and sinker! Do yourself a favor, know who your dealing with BEFORE you get scammed."

"Their tech came out and diagnosed we had a blown motor on our mixer, I ordered the motor and pulley from manufacturer, had them come and install it, turns out the relay was black electrical taped down. This is the safety mechanism so you don't blow up your motor! After spending $4,000 on new motor I definitly would have replaced this important part. It was completely busted! They say their tech never touched it..... I don't know, I know I didn't touch it and it was busted to pieces and needed to be replaced! They never said a word! So after 4 months my brand new motor blew up again! I definitely will never use there services again and Joan has terrible customer service! After waiting on hold 20 min at a time and never getting calls back for over a week! DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR call someone else!"
