"Was totally impressed by the service and by the true 24 hours. Our car broke down at 1:20 in the morning, I called this shop and he showed up 30 minutes later. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend."

"I highly recommend you do not use this business. Richard held me up for 3 days with excuses similar to the excuses I read in several reviews. He charged me $125.00 and said my battery cable was not secured. He was late the day we had an appointment. He said he would be back the next day then text an excuse and asked if he could reschedule the following day. He never called, text or showed up. He was scheduled to repair the passenger window on my Jeep which he said he knew how to fix. Apparently he did not know how to repair it because he left with my manual which he still has. I am 70 years old and I feel he took advantage of me. Watch out folks he is an unprofessional con."

"Came to fix a problem on our truck, didn’t have the right computer needed. Was here MAYBE 5 minutes, and said he would come back with the correct computer the following day. We paid him the $75 and then never heard from him again. After a few messages sent, he finally responded saying he had a family emergency. Which is all fine and well, but upon reading reviews this is an excuse he uses often. We reached out a few more times, then finally a week later had to take our truck to a different shop costing us another $130. Have asked multiple times for a refund and are no longer receiving responses. DO NOT USE THIS GUY."

"I hate giving bad reviews, but I'm just going to lay down event. Called him to replace spark plugs. He arrived late in a car with wife and said his work van was in shop. He and I spoke about the one spark plug that was hard to get to was one that wasn't replaced, and was the one that was causing the issue w car. So he did not replace the problem spark plug but charged $200 to replace the rest. The next day I did not go anywhere. The following day I went to store and on my way home, my car starts making this horrendous noise. I pulled over. I called him, and had him listen to the noise when I started it up, to hear him say he was out of town and will swing by tomorrow. So I had to call a mechanical friend to come out and save me. He found that one of the spark plug coils had come loose. He said there was way to much anti seize grease. I never got a call back from Mobile Elite nor did he stop by to follow up."

"I am a diesel mechanic but didn’t have the time to make repairs to my service van. Rich did my brakes and they were perfect. He was proficient and thorough. His pricing was very fair and he warrantied any work he had done. Rich also identified a couple of electrical issues that I was unaware of and offered some advice, which is usually like pulling teeth from other mechanics. I will be continuing to use him for future repairs."
