"We had to switch vets as our old vet had a staffing change and never had any available appointments. It was a blessing in disguise. We have had such great service and care for our elderly cat at Springs. The staff has been very attentive and proactive in our kitty's care. I've never felt like they pushed products to make a sale. They did really push the wellness plan, but after crunching the numbers I realized for us it was a good deal for the price."

"Took my dog here for his yearly shots as well as a check up as he was very skinny and steadily losing weight. They did lab work both blood and urine and said everything was fine to not worry about it he’s just probably active. Paid a ridiculous amount of money for that. less than 2 months go by and I’m now going to the emergency vet because he’s so sick and took a turn for the worse overnight. We had to put him down last week because of something that should’ve been caught or looked into further by your vet staff. Took them one X-ray to figure out what was wrong with him and the vet herself said she had it been caught while he was in your care he more than likely could’ve been saved or at least he wouldn’t have been in pain and suffering for as long as he was. The vet was floored at the fact that you guys didn’t bother scheduling to see him for further follow up after blood work to have a different plan of care. My whole family is heartbroken and devastated after saying goodbye to our best friend. While I was there I do feel as though it was very rushed and like no one was really taking their time to look at the animals. I hope that no one ever has to go through what we went through. I also hope when something seems off with someone’s pet that you guys take it more seriously. Rather bloodwork is good or not if a pet doesn’t seem 100% okay look into further testing or a different plan of care."

"We started care for our three dogs and have brought them to both the Springs and Linder locations starting this year and I can’t say enough good things about their team. Kathryn has been there every appointment to check our fur babies in and is so warm and patient with my loud and energetic pup. Carlie our tech and our vet Dr. Andersen are so good with all of them. We have one large dog who is wary in new places and with new people and she warmed up and showed trust in this team right off the bat. We have a chihuahua mix that embodies all the sass that they are known for and they are patient and gentle with him when he gets nervous or scared. I highly recommend them. We have received warm and highly professional care from them."
