"I have been shopping here for about 7 years, I loved shopping here. Last week an employee yelled at me, calling me bad little names and even threatened me for no reason. I think this is just unacceptable. I won't repeat what was said, because we don't spread what this employee was spreading. My understanding is that this employee may be under a lot of stress & pressure. I do have sympathy for that, but I will never be going back to a place where you are yelled at and called bad names. I think that this situation can be fixed, maybe with inclusion and equality training, as these skills are currently lacking. I really hope this employee gets feeling better soon. Here is my suggestion for you 1. We don't yell and call people bad names. 2. If you can't say anything nice, then just don't say anything. 3. We never give up on LOVE... ever! I am gonna miss shopping here sooo much, but I will do my shopping and business where people don't yell and call you bad names and hurt you intentionally. Thank you for listening and understanding and thinking for yourself. Please don't call innocent people you don't know bad names ok, because it just reflects on yourself and your actual character. "Customer service was very nice . She tried to help me find an item I was searching for. I bought a new set of bowls, plates and serving spoons that were 1.25 each which is still a better deal than elsewhere. They're very pretty and if my German shepherd breaks these too they didn't cost very much!"

"The staff are friendly and helpful. I could only find all weather matches starting at $9 at Walmart. I use them to light candles and didn't want to spend that much, so I checked Dollar Tree next door. While they didn't have matches, the lady stocking the store showed me a device meant for lightning candles."
