"Been going to this store off and on with my hypoallergenic small therapy dog, today a male employee aggressively approached, cornerned and ridiculed me. I left the store in tears. My pup causes no problems and I see no signs posted on the front doors that therapy dogs are "illegal" He chose to be mean to today. I wonder what corporate will say tomorrow"

"My mom and I have been coming here since we moved to Boise back in 2001. We actually have an old picture in the newspaper, super long ago, of my mom and us three kids holding the grocery cart and helping her get groceries and other things. I guess we’ve been shopping at the grocery outlet for about 20 years or more now, and boy doesn’t save us money. That’s our favorite thing about coming there because they have quality products that can be found way cheaper than other grocery stores."

"I went here for the first time. It is an extremely limited selection but some amazing prices on some things, like olive oil. The store is old and seemed rather thrown together, more of a dollar store feeling. The employees were very friendly and asked if I needed any help finding things. I use a mobility scooter and it is an easy store to shop with that, however I felt not too comfortable navigating the parking lot on the scooter. It is not a good traffic flow pattern. Rather unsafe. I was disappointed that one item I paid for was not in my bag when I got home. It was a small item, so she must have missed it. I would not go out of my way to go here but if I am in the area, I would stop in again."

"This place always has some great stuff at great prices. The staff is always pleasant and helpful and it makes you feel at home. I love this place.y one complaint would be that I didn't know about it sooner! That and sometimes they switch products so you may get hooked on something and then they stop selling that one thing, but overall amazing!"

"Great place to pick up some deals and explore new foods. You have to know area pricing and trends as some things aren't great deals. I love the past best buy deals where I get things to go in food bank for quick consumption."
