"7-18-23 just barely after 5pm. Seen one employee on the phone at the check outs while the other two were assisting customers. The person in front of me was waiting for an ID check and the employee was to focused on the device and the two self checkouts in front of them. It's bad on the roads with drivers, but didn't think employees would be doing the same thing at peak hours. I support minimum wage for people like that, don't focus on the job, don't expect good pay."
