"I have been taking my dogs and cat here for a few years now. Every vet I see is very patient and caring. They are always very helpful and caring and also take my budget restraints into account. They help me figure out the best route of care for my animals in the most cost-effective way. They always call and follow up quickly after the visit. I really like bringing my animals here. Gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I do think they are pricier than some other places but honestly, I think it is worth it. We will continue bringing our animals here. I have seen 3-4 vets here and they all have been great. All of the vet techs are wonderful as well. I also think the front desk is very organized and I have been able to get in same day sometimes when needed."

"AFTER 20 YEARS OF SERVICE THEY REFUSED US SERVICE! We called to schedule an appointment for our cat and the lady told us we had to take her elsewhere. We explained we had been coming to this hospital with all of our pets for 20 plus years and they could verify that in the records. They still refused service! Apparently theres new ownership and all of the good veterinarians left. The new owner have no compassion, sympathy or common decency to be a good person. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE!"

"Wow I should have looked at the reviews recently. I've brought my 3 cats to Rocky Mountain since 2019, Dr. Tancher was our doctor originally and he was amazing, so full of passion and love for his craft. Eventually we were assigned to another doctor, and I believe now another one. We tried bringing in one of our cats a few months ago for a skin abscess which would have normally not been an issue, but we were referred to an urgent care instead due to weeks out of scheduling. Recently I had issues with prescriptions for one of my cats and decided to take a look at the reviews. Did not know it was bought out, will start looking for another place, shame because this was a convenient location for me."

"We have been with Dr Tancher and Rocky small animal hospital since 1991 and the care we receive has been professional, caring and loving towards our family. Our pets have received the best care and when it became “that time” everyone were so grateful to have been a part of our family and pet’s life and cried with us. So thankful to have his team taking care of us."
