"Too many issues figuring out how to simply bill my credit card. Hold times on the phone were ridiculous and unnecessary. It was very unprofessional in that aspect. With that being said, the people that I did talk to were great. It's just the business model that I have issues with."

"My husband and I are making a long distance move from Idaho to FL. It is so hard to know ahead of time what you really need. I made my reservation and later received a call from the local guys in Caldwell due to a timing concern that was entered incorrectly. From that time on, I called the local number for help and questions. We had to upsize our second pod order and ask for an earlier pick up on the first one. Tommy was more than accommodating! Being a weekend, they are extremely busy but he was able to scramble and get a guy to come out and pick up and my pod size change was quickly approved at the corporate level when I called to do that. Thank you Tommy! Your drivers are amazing too. Cory was out twice. Hayden came to drop off the second one. The Caldwell Pods team rocks!"
