"I hired Delicate Touch to move a piano. During transit, the piano was damaged, but Tim and his crew were awesome and did everything to make it right. The guys on the truck immediately let me know there was a problem, and assured me they would get it taken care of and that the owner would reach out about the repairs. Not only did Tim contact me soon after to apologize for the situation, he put my mind at ease, arranged all of the repairs, offered to loan our family a piano until ours was done, updated me throughout the process, and made sure he was available to deliver it when it it was finished. The piano looks wonderful, and I am so pleased with how they remedied the issue. You can tell a lot about a business by how they deal with accidents like this one, and I don't think they could've handled it any better! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!"

"Move #1, one day in June: Responded very quickly over a weekend- we were very impressed. Showed up early. All belongings were moved carefully. No damage. Workers were courteous. Highly recommended. Move #2, one day in September: We had to change dates and add more requests- Tim responded quickly. All tasks were done on time. They picked up 2 tables and 2 chairs from a shop in Boise. Then they moved out my Mom's stuff from one senior facility, moved her into the new senior facility, then loaded her old W/D into our truck. Both workers were polite, prompt, and professional.
