"Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese sticks. Delivery was fine other than the 1.5 hour wait. Paid cash and driver almost left without taking the money. We should have let him. Only about 1/3 of the cheese sticks had any cheese and it was cut like a pizza (not sticks). Wife's pizza had almost no chicken or bacon, and what little tomato was on there was all piled in the center. Both pizza's were undercooked, but mine egregiously so. Picked up a slice to have all the toppings slide off as I watched the dough stretch back down to the box. Will not be ordering from this location ever again. (Can't upload pictures from phone, or I would show the dough)"
"Disgusting pizza. When you pick up a pizza you are supposed to eat with the toppings, right? - not with the pizza you get from here, expect to use a fork because all the toppings fall onto the plate. $70 for 2 pizzas and 1 cheese bread, for that price and quality is ridiculous. Maybe management should watch how they are making pizzas and how long they are cooking."
"Order cold and greasy considering that they are less than a half mile from us should have been hot. Was over $30 I told the driver I would give him $5 tip but he had no change so ended up with an $8 tip. Won't use them again"
"We usually love papa johns! They always have good food and amazing breadsticks! But tonight it was far from that our food took over an hour to get to us, the pizza was cold and paper thin, our breadsticks were burnt and soggy and cold. When I called the store they were very rude and acted like it was no big deal….i know times are rough right now and staffing in most places is a nightmare! It gonna be hard for me to come back if they don’t change their attitudes, and food quality."
"First time customer and last time I order. Guess that explains why they put the "Quality Sealed" sticker on. Papa John's taught me a lesson... 'look before you leave' The only saving grace was that they had the 3 toppings I asked for and the cheese and crust was good. But this was portioned very poorly and as you may be able to see, there was several slices missing some toppings. That the others had. And they were not covered up by the cheese, what you see is what I got."
