"We walked in and got sat after 2 servers who audibly discussed who would take our table. Then...nothing...10 minutes goes by, I can see the server who said she'd take us just standing at the bar bored. Not doing anything. Just standing there, ignoring us. So eventually, a different server asks us if we've been helped. I say no, she says what??? Right, no one has helped us. She takes our food and drink order, then my drink comes out, and another 5 minutes later my wife's margarita arrives. A few minutes later, the food comes out. No one checks back on us to check on the quality of the meals. Or asks if we want another drink or water. We never spoke to a manager, not a single sorry or apology, just beyond lousy service. In fact, we didn't see our server again until she brought the check. If you go to Smoky Mountain Pizza, don't go to this location. The staff, who doesn't care at all, runs the place and is bothered by you in the restaurant."
"Great food and they give you good portion sizes for what me and my family paid for. The staff was nice and attentive. I would 100% recommend the fry sauce."
"This place has great pizza! We’ve been in twice in the past couple weeks and had a good time both times. First time we came in for happy hour and were looking at the wines. The happy hour menu said $2 off any glass but the waitress said it was just for house wines which was a let down. We got the pretzel and beer cheese and the French dip. Both were very mid, and we probably won’t reorder those. Second time we came in we got a large cheese pizza and the spinach artichoke dip and both were very good and we plan on going back for those. The waitress on our second visit said she was new there but was great and super friendly and quick with service. We really enjoyed our second visit!"
"Have tried different dishes, in various locations around town and they always serve up fresh, delicious meals! Always a favorite is the Ragin' Cajun Pasta and their pizza is simply amazing! Highly recommend!"
"Food was really good. I had a personal pizza with a side salad. It was really good. My wife had Grilled Salmon Salad, very spicy, no indication on the menu of the degree of spice. She ended up scraping the sauce off the top to help take away the spice."
