"I wanted to reach out and acknowledge the excellent service and care I receive from Deanna at Your Best Transport. Non-emergency medical transport is critical to patients like me. For almost a year I have been receiving comfortable and safe transport (sometimes daily transport) to the ER, the hospital for surgery and procedures, numerous doctors appointments. She provides a caring, safe and comfortable transport van which can accommodate my physical limitations and needs. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate my many requests to aid me during urgent medical situations at all times. Her compassionate care and attention to her clients saved me when I fell out of my wheel chair at the hospital and was stranded in the restroom by crawling under the locked restroom door and helping me back into my wheelchair without injury to either one of us! She is always prompt picking me up at home and getting me to my appointment on time and picking up after the appointment. Sometimes I am wiped out by the appointment and getting me home quickly is very important to me. She accompanies me into the appointment setting to insure I am at the right facility at the right time so I am not stranded unexpectedly.
