Institute for Community Partnerships and Sustainable Development

The Institute for Community Partnerships and Sustainable Development is located at 121 South Jackson Street in Moscow, Idaho, United States. Our mission is to promote vibrant and flourishing African communities through community-led development, partnerships, and the sharing of knowledge and expertise. We believe that communities thrive when they work together, and we are dedicated to supporting the reclamation, restoration, and preservation of ecosystems in Africa using native species.

Since our establishment as a nonprofit organization in 2012, we have been working with local communities in a holistic approach, blending science-based and local knowledge to empower communities, youth, and women. We provide mentorship to aspiring youth leaders and facilitate experiential learning through cross-cultural exchange.

Our motto, “Little by little, a little becomes a lot,” reflects our belief that small actions can make a big difference when communities come together. Just like trees thrive in a forest, we believe that people grow and thrive together. Join us in The Forest, a community of monthly donors actively fighting climate change and deforestation by supporting sustainable community development in Africa.
