"The store manager was extremely rude and was VERY much lacking when it came to customer service. And it appeared as though she was training someone as well. Being rude to customers in front of a trainee, not good. I left without buying the item I wanted due to the horrible customer service."

"Me and my girlfriend went in to find some shoes when we walked into the store associate asked what we were looking for, I didn’t hear what she said so she repeated herself after doing so she shook her head and rolled her eyes, as a former manager in retail I would not find this acceptable and either have a talking to or a write up, she had curly dark brown hair. They didn’t have what we were looking for anyway."

"Famous Footwear has a great selection of shoes and awesome staff! Came here for Original Black Crocs and they had many different sizes. Found what I need and was out of the store within 10 minutes. Will come back here again! Thank you."

"Shopped for crocs for my son. Carol, the assistant manager was more interested in playing on her phone than helping all the customers in the store. Will not be shopping here again, as I can buy online without having personnel in store look annoyed when I take them away from getting paid to play on their phone. With service like this it’s no wonder these places can’t stay in business."

"I shouldn't even give it a 1, but not the syores fault. I went in yesterday to buy work shoes and saw they were not open yet. It would open in 10 min so my husband, son, and I sat on the bench outside the store to wait to open. The girl that opened was on her phone and told us we didn't need to sit outside the store and went in the store and glared and side eyed us. Very rude, needless to say I will never purchase there again. Very sad."
