"I was having an immeasurably awful day and came in looking for a pair of black skinny jeans. The two sales associates (I didn't think to ask their names, unfortunately. The girl had long medium brown hair, the guy had short shaggy blonde hair.) went above and beyond to help. This was probably the best retail experience I've ever had. They recommended styles based on the cut I was looking for, searched up and down to find a pair in a different color when I found something I really liked, and even offered feedback on which cut looked best when I asked. It was a positive ending to an otherwise very difficult day, and I really appreciated it. A little compassion and a positive attitude really go a long way, and the staff here had those qualities in droves."
