"Front desk was very nice and helpful! Especially Ray. One of the nicest front desk agents we've met! Rooms are clean, not the prettiest but clean! Breakfast staff was great and the food as well!"

"The room was nice and Ray at the front desk was great. Our biggest complaint was that we had paid extra to have a hotel with a pool and the pool was so cold we couldn't use it. My daughter was super bummed. This was her first hotel experience and she was so excited about the pool but after 15 minutes she was so cold we had to go back to the room. Everything else was as expected."

"All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was the breakfast. While pretty standard offerings for Fairfield ours was below standards."

"Great place to stay. The area doesn’t have a whole lot of nice hotels. And this one rates up there. The staff are nice. The beds are comfortable. And anytime a client asks where to stay in Pullman or Moscow I suggest the Fairfield Inn and suites by Marriott."
