"Both times I called them they referred me to another taxi service. Today I called for a ride and they told me they weren’t available so I told them that’s fine I’ll find another ride. They called me back about an hour later and told me they were sitting outside the hotel that I was staying at and when I told her that I found another ride like I said I was gonna do they got an attitude and told me that they could either charge me a cancelation fee even after I told them I was gonna get another ride or they could block my number and not give me rides anymore. They were very rude and never available."
