"Thank you to the employee who helped me out, I wish I remembered your name! I mistakenly put cash in the check portion in the ATM causing me to lose both my cash and my debit card. I had my two young impatient kids with me as I walked into the bank trying to hold back tears as it had just been a day. She was so kind as she quickly filed a dispute and issued me a new debit card. "The new Numerica at 5 mile is a disaster! Parking is poor. 8 spots, and half of them are filled with employees cars. Don’t plan on parking a truck there. Just like the old location, the ATM is always broken. (Twice so far and it’s been open only a few months). I don’t think they did much thinking when they built/designed the location. It is definitely not traffic friendly. On the streets or in their parking lot. Big disappointment. The tellers are what gets you a second star. They are pretty awesome… but I’ll be going to the location on lyons."
