"I had a bad experience with Pro Plus With a sled I brought in for engine work, Aaron took care of me and made the situation right I will be using them again."

"I took a lawnmower to have the cable that engages the blades fixed and have the carburetor float bowl removed and cleaned. I was told it would take a week or two to fix. Several weeks later it gets delivered and the cable hadn't been addressed. I told the young man delivering it to take it back that the main reason I took it there was for the cable and fuel system check. I got a call stating l would be charged for another delivery even though the only reason it had to go back to the shop was to fix what was supposed to be fixed the first time. It also got a service sharpening the blades and an oil change that l did not ask for. This may have been needed but with the half a dozen times we talked on the phone and in person it was not mentioned. A courtesy advising me these things should be done and it's another $200 would have been nice. This fiasco started July 11 and ended August 23. My suggestion is buy a backup mower. You never know when you'll get it back and what will be done to it."

"We had an issue with our snow blower, it was early December with lots of snow. I figured it would be 2 weeks, couple days later they called said it fixed and ready to go. I have used it several times since , it works Great. Everyone was friendly, shop was organized and they got it done quickly. Thank you to everyone working there."
